Booking Process

  • The booking Amount is ₹2000/- of the Trip Cost Through any mode of payment ( Paytm,
    Phone Pay, Google Pay, Net Banking)
  • Booking is done on a first come first serve basis. Rest Amount is to be Paid 3 Days
    before the Trip. (Through Bank Transfer) Alternatively, you can pay the balance on
    the day of departure. (in Cash)
  • Seats in Traveller will be allocated by the CO- ORDINATOR of the Trip. Non Refundable.

  • All Bookings are subject to confirmation of payments.
  • We do not allow without govt. approved id We do not have any insurance policy for any kind of mishappening which covers the
    expenses of accident, sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason, Guest are requested to seek such insurance in advance.
  • We do not allow smoking or intolerance on the bus.
    FreakyMusafir has all rights to discontinue your trip at any time on the ground misbehaviour, and no refund will be made in such
    circumstances.
  • In case of any injuries or illness during the trip or activity. FreakyMusafir as a tour organiser or any of our staff members will not
    be responsible.
  • We reserve the right to change any schedule in terms of safety, comfort and general well-being, and a refund would not be
    provided in that situation.
  • A person who made the reservation is responsible for any damages caused to rooms, camps and furnishing.
  • After the finalisation of trip or service cost, if the will be any hike in the entrance fee of museum or monuments, taxes, guide
    charges or fuel cost by govt. of India, same would be charged extra.
  • It will be the discretion of the driver to turn off the systems of the vehicle like Sound, A/C as our focus is always on your safety.

Cancellation Policy

  • Above 8 days of departure date: 50 % of advance refund.
  • 25% days 2-8 of Advance Refund.
  • Less than 2 Days: No Refund.
  • There is no Refund for NO-SHOW.
  • No Refund for Early Check-Outs.
  • Any Activity, Meal, or Service not availed by the guest will not be adjusted or refunded at any cost.
  • In case of extremely poor weather or environmental condition, political issues, FREAKYMUSAFIR may cancel the trip.
  • A full Refund will be issued to the traveler in such cases.
